Bookables 2 isn't a new coat of paint. We took everything we learned from the first version and rebuilt it from the ground up: new foundations, new screens, and a lot fewer ways for a busy day to go wrong. Your business has already moved across. Here's what's better.

A day you can see and move

The schedule is the screen you live in, so it got the most work.

Your whole team on a map. See every job on the day's route, with the drive time between each one, and each person's day in its own lane underneath.
Drag to change things. Draw a slot to book it. Drag a booking to move it, stretch it to make it longer, and undo if you change your mind.
Every view you need. Day, several days, week and month, all from the same place.
Open things without leaving. A booking opens in a panel beside the schedule and a customer opens in a drawer, so you never lose your place.

Bookings you can trust

One check for every booking. Online, by phone, from a quote, a repeat date or the waitlist, every booking goes through the same check. Double bookings don't slip in through a side door.
Built for how you work. Appointments, classes and courses, hire and rentals, rooms and spaces, and trades that go to the customer all work from day one.
Service areas on a real map. Tap the suburbs and towns you cover, or set a distance and we fill them in. A customer outside your area is told where you do cover, instead of hitting a dead end.

Customers who come back

Chats that work like your phone. Each chat is a group with your team and the customer, and it can be about a booking. If a message sits unread for a few minutes, it goes out by email too.
They fill it in once. Their pet, their place, their vehicle: entered once and remembered. Booking questions only ask what you don't already know, and your private notes stay yours.
One account for all their bookings. Customers see their bookings, chats and payments in one place, and sign in with an emailed code or Google. No passwords to forget.
Easier to find. The marketplace now covers over half a million real local businesses, and search starts where the customer is.

Less admin

Set up in a few minutes. One question per screen, Back on every step, and you finish on a live page customers can find and book.
Money in two tabs. Due and Complete. A wrong invoice is voided and reissued rather than edited, so your numbers always add up.
One team page. Add someone without a login and they can be booked straight away. Start them as Staff, Coordinator or Manager and fine-tune from there.

Run it from your AI assistant

Connect Bookables to the AI app you already use (Claude, ChatGPT or anything else that speaks the same protocol) and run your business by asking. "What's on tomorrow?" "Who still owes us?" "Move Mrs Patel to Thursday."

One address. Add mcp.bookables.ai as a connector, sign in as you normally would, and you're connected.
What you can do, your AI can do. Bookings, the schedule, customers, chats, money, enquiries and settings all work through your assistant. A few things, like changing your team or bank details, hand you a link to do them in Bookables.
Your permissions, nothing more. A team member's assistant can do exactly what they can. Change someone's role or remove them, and their assistant changes with them on its next request.
You choose per business. Each business you work in is Off, View only, or View and change. It starts on View only.
Straight answers. Your assistant is told exactly what happened (booked, requested, moved or refused) with the same reason the app would give. A request is never passed off as a booking.
It asks before the big things. Cancelling, refunding and removing are marked so your AI app checks with you first. Anything that needs a card hands you a link to Bookables.
Your customers can use theirs. A customer can ask their own AI to find a time and get a checkout link back. Nothing is booked until they confirm it in Bookables.
See it, revoke it. Your account lists every assistant you've connected, and your business settings show every one that reaches your business and who connected it.
