Drop-off

Schedule

A board for garages and repair shops: cars and repairs move through stages, and customers approve extra work line by line.

For garages, and for bike, phone, shoe and watch repairs.

  • Your workshop. Set how many cars or repairs you take a day, your drop-off window and when they're usually ready.
  • The board. Each job is a card that moves from Booked in to In the workshop, Waiting parts, Ready to collect and Collected. Drag it along, or move it from its menu.
  • The diary. Garages also get a diary with each technician's cars and hours for the day.
  • Extra work, line by line. Found something? Send it as lines with a price each. The customer says yes or no to each one, or you note their answer from a phone call.
  • Reg first. Customers book in with their registration, then choose a service priced for their car, whether they'll wait, and a drop-off time.
  • Something's wrong? Customers who don't know what they need can describe it and ask for a quote.
