Let customers sort it themselves.

10 Sept 2026Bookings

Your customers can now move, cancel or ask about their own booking without going through you, and you are told the moment anything changes.

Most of the admin in a service business is not the work. It is the four messages it takes to move a Tuesday to a Thursday. Your customers can now do that themselves, on the booking they already have, and they can only do things you would have said yes to anyway.

  • They move it, out of your real availability. The times they see are the times you are open, with the job's actual length taken into account. They cannot land on a slot you are closed for, already booked, or too short for the work.
  • The price does not move with it. A new time, the same quote.
  • Two people cannot take the same slot. If the time goes while they are choosing, they are told the time went and shown what is left.
  • They can call it off. Up until you are on the way. After that it is a phone call, and the button is not there to press.
  • Or they just ask. Every booking has a "message the business" link that opens the conversation you already share, so their question lands in your inbox instead of somebody's personal email.
  • You are told, every time. A booking that is moved or cancelled reaches you straight away, by email, however it happened. Move a class session and every seat hears about it.
  • A day's notice on moves. Inside 24 hours of the start, changing the time becomes a message to you rather than something they do alone.

Four messages become none, and you still know everything.
