The inbox now goes both ways. Tap the pencil, pick a person, and you are chatting, with everything kept in one thread that both sides can pick up any time.
- Message your customers. Start a conversation with any customer who books with you on Bookables. They see it in their own inbox, reply from there, and the thread stays with all your history together.
- Talk within your team. Message a team member directly, right inside your workspace inbox, so job chat stays where the jobs are instead of scattered across texts.
- It behaves like a real chat. Messages land the moment they are sent, no refreshing. You can see when the other person is typing, a quiet "Seen" appears under your last message once it has been read, and your inbox list keeps its previews and unread counts up to date on its own.
- A direct line to us. The Bookables channel now takes replies: send feedback or ask for help and a real answer comes back to the same thread.
