Places come off a number you set

Someone chooses an hour and takes a place from it. The remaining places fall for everyone else, and the class stops selling once the last one goes.

Built for you

Built for every kind of functional fitness business

The dark-evening rush

Nobody is running outside in December, so the 6pm fills to the rig and holds there, and the people who booked are not training in the doorway.

On-ramp before the first clean

A starter block runs at its own small number, because one coach can watch six people learn a lift and cannot watch twenty do it at the same time.

Someone home for the weekend

A visitor books the hour, pays for the place and shows up on the list, rather than turning up at the door hoping there is a rower going spare.

Lifting on the platforms

Four platforms is four lifters, whatever the conditioning hour beside them holds. That class carries its own smaller number and shuts on it.

Rings and bar work

The kit runs out well before the floor does, so the skills hour sells the stations a coach can stand under and spot, and nothing beyond that.

A pair who only train together

Two places go on one booking, off the same count, so they are in the same class or in neither, instead of being split across two different hours.

A club’s off-season block

A local club wants Sunday mornings through the winter. Price the block as a quote, let them accept it, then hold those hours with a booking.

The morning nobody can coach

Open the class, read the names and contacts booked into it, and either move the hour or call it off with an email to exactly those people.

Counted off the rig, not the unit.

Eight rowers is eight athletes. Put that on the class once and it holds through the dark evenings when everyone trains indoors.

  • Options, with Pro

A once-off drop-in, a standing place in the same hour every week, an on-ramp block for people starting out and a private team session all run from the one timetable. Anything larger is priced as a quote.

One rower left, gone by ten at night

An athlete opens the page, sees a single place on the 5:30, books it and pays. The coach arrives to a head count that already includes them.

Drop-ins that arrive already paid

Visiting athletes pay for the place when they book it, so nothing is settled in cash at the door. A group wanting their own on-ramp block gets an itemised quote instead.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for functional fitness businesses

Four platforms is four lifters

The day shows each class, its coach, the places still open and what has been paid, so the unit is known before the first car pulls in.

  • Counted well before sevenPlaces come off availability as bookings land, so nobody is at the rig at ten to the hour working out whether there are rowers for everyone already inside.
  • An hour needs a coach to existWorking hours and class assignments decide what can be booked, so a changed rota never leaves an hour selling places with nobody rostered to take it.
  • The regulars are placed alreadyWeekly and monthly standing bookings appear in the timetable ahead, so the group who always do Wednesday are not keyed in again at the start of every week.

The 7am shuts at the last rower

What the page says is left is what is left. Once the rig is claimed the class comes off sale instead of quietly taking one more booking.

  • The same number for everyoneWhat the page shows is what the floor holds, including both places a pair took in one booking, so nobody is offered room that was gone an hour ago.
  • Nobody doubling up on a rowerA full class stays full. That stop protects the rig, the space between racks, and a coach who can still fix an overhead position rather than count heads.
  • The empty hour stays openA quiet midday class sits next to a packed evening one, so anyone whose day is flexible can find the hour where the coaching is not spread thin.

The fee is in before the warm-up

With Pro the class fee is taken by card as the place is chosen. On the free plan cash and bank transfer are recorded by hand on the booking.

  • Settled while bookingThe card is taken as the place is chosen, so the class list turns up already showing who has paid, rather than a name and a conversation to have later.
  • Cash on the way in countsMoney handed over at the door is recorded against the booking on the free plan, so the record matches the tin without anyone reconstructing the morning after.
  • Club work is quoted firstItemise the coaching hours and floor time a club wants for its off-season, send the quote for them to accept, then hold the agreed figure with the booking.

One app for every booking

Everything you need to run your functional fitness business.

Online booking

An athlete books an hour from your public page and a place comes off the count. Once the rig is spoken for the class takes itself off sale.

Scheduling

The day holds every class, the coach on it and the places gone, so a full evening and a bare middle of the day are visible at the same time.

Capacity that holds

Set each class to the rowers and racks it really needs. Confirmed places count down from that, and booking closes the moment nothing is left.

Email reminders

Turn on the confirmation and the reminder, and everyone booked gets their hour and what to bring, without a list of texts to work through at night.

Customers

Each athlete’s classes, payments and past sessions gather on one record, so a visitor who liked it and came back is known rather than re-entered.

Estimates

A private team block goes out as a quote covering coaching hours and use of the floor, accepted online by the customer before the hours are held.

Team

Coaches carry real hours and the classes they take, so an hour only opens for booking where a coach and the rig are both actually free for it.

Payments

Cash and bank transfer get recorded by hand on the free plan. With Pro the class fee goes on a card as the athlete takes the place.

Common questions.

Yes. Places belong to the class, so an hour built around four platforms sells four while a bodyweight class the same evening sells eighteen. Booking stops at the final place.

They book from your public page like everybody else and pay for the place as they do. It comes off the same count, so the head count is right before the doors open.

Set a weekly or monthly standing booking on the free plan. It ends never, on a date, or after a chosen number of sessions, and the places sit in the timetable ahead.

It does. The place returns to the count and the public number rises again, so whoever looks at that hour next is seeing the room that genuinely exists.

Publish on-ramp as its own class with a smaller cap and its own price. Only published classes can be booked, so nobody arrives into a session they are not ready for.

Paying by card at the moment of booking comes with Pro. On the free plan you record cash and bank transfer by hand, and the paid status stays with the place either way.
