Built for you

Built for every kind of pickleball court business

Casual social fours

A group that plays whenever three of them are free books an hour on their phone at nine at night for the following evening, pays for it there and then, and nobody has to be the one who chases the other three for twenty dollars.

Shared tennis and pickleball lines

The same asphalt is offered at a tennis price and a pickleball price. Whichever sport takes the hour, the court is committed for it, so the overlay lines never turn into an argument at the net post.

Beginner sessions and come-and-try

A coach running a come-and-try hour takes the court as a hire in their own name, so the club knows the court is spoken for without having to manage the coach’s participants as well.

Club round robins

A round robin needs four courts for three hours on a Sunday. Book all four for the block so the club night is locked before the casual bookings start landing on the page.

One court, both sports, one timeline

Tennis hires and pickleball hires land on the same court on the same day view, so the overlay lines are never sold twice. What the timeline shows as free on that asphalt genuinely is.

Prime time and daytime priced apart

Run the evening at your full rate and the quiet middle of the day at a lower one. Whichever a player picks, the figure on the page is the figure charged to the card.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for pickleball court businesses

The same asphalt sold as two sports

Set the court up once as a bookable unit and hang both services off it, pickleball at its rate and tennis at its own. A player picks the sport they want and the hour they want, and the court is then committed for that hour no matter which sport bought it. The overlay lines stop being a scheduling problem the moment the surface, rather than the sport, is the thing being booked.

Six o’clock goes to whoever pays for it

The evening hours are the ones worth having and they currently go to whoever gets through to the office first. Put them on a page and they go to whoever books them, with the hire fee taken on the card as the booking is made. The hour is paid before anyone picks up a paddle, so a group that goes quiet on a Wednesday has still covered the court.

Prime time and the middle of the day are different prices

Nobody pays a six o’clock rate for eleven in the morning, and they should not have to. Run the evening at your full rate and the quiet daytime hours at a lower one, so the retirees and the shift workers who can actually play at eleven have a reason to. The price a player sees when they pick the hour is the price they are charged.

The hire is priced on the hours taken

A group that wants ninety minutes should pay for ninety minutes, not be rounded up to two hours because the diary only has whole boxes. Hourly hire prices on the duration actually booked, so a longer block costs proportionally more and a short hit-out is worth selling. If you would rather sell fixed shapes, a named ninety minute block carries its own stored price instead.

Common questions.

Make the court the bookable unit rather than the sport. Both services sit on the one court, and when either of them takes an hour the court is committed for it. The database refuses the second hire outright, so the overlay lines can never be sold twice.

Yes. Run the evening hours at your full hourly rate and offer the quiet daytime hours at a lower one, so the middle of the day has a reason to fill. Whichever a player picks, the price on the page is the price charged to the card.

One of them books and pays for the hour, and that booking is the record of who has the court. Splitting the fee between the four is something they sort out between themselves, which is exactly what they already do, except now the club is not holding the risk.

the Free plan covers 200 bookings a month with no per-booking fees, which is a long way into a club running a few courts. Past that, Pro is $2 a booking for unlimited, and taking the hire fee on a card is 3%.
