Built for you

Built for every kind of security licence course business

Monthly intakes

Publish one cohort a month with its own number of places, and watch each one fill on the page before you lock the trainer in.

Students paying in two parts

A deposit now to hold the place, the balance by card from a payment request before the first day, so the money arrives without a conversation about it.

Crowd controller upgrades

The additional units for crowd control sit as their own service at their own price, for the people who already hold the base licence.

Firms sponsoring their own guards

A security firm putting three new starters through is the customer on the booking, even though the licences end up belonging to guards who may be working somewhere else by Christmas. The three places sit on one booking against the firm, and the firm is who the payment request goes to.

Schedule

A fortnight, not a day

A cohort runs across consecutive days, so what matters on the schedule is which intake is mid-flight and how the next one is filling. Both sit on the same view, well before you commit a trainer to the fortnight.

The intake sells down in public

Share your booking link and the September cohort shows its places remaining as they go. Students can see it filling, and so can you, which is the difference between deciding to run it and hoping.

Get paid

A deposit now, the balance before day one

Several hundred dollars is a lot from someone who has not started the job yet. Take a percentage or a fixed amount to hold the place, then send a payment request for the rest before the first Monday.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for security licence course businesses

A cohort, not a one-day ticket

A fortnight of training is a commitment on both sides. The intake is published as a date with a set number of places, it sells down in public, and it closes when it is full, so the group you plan around is the group that exists.

Several hundred dollars from someone not yet working

Asking for the whole fee up front from a person who is doing this course precisely because they need a job loses you enrolments. Take a deposit, a percentage or a fixed amount, and the place is genuinely held while they get the rest together.

Filling before you commit the fortnight

Because places sell on the page and the count is visible, you can see a fortnight out whether the intake is tracking. That is the decision point: run it, promote it, or move it, and you get to make it with real numbers rather than a feeling.

The balance, before the first Monday

Send a payment request for what is outstanding and the student pays by card from their email. The receipt goes out when it lands, so nobody starts the course with an open amount and an awkward conversation.

Scheduling

Every booking lands on one timeline across your spaces and your team, so nothing double-books and gaps are obvious.

Capacity that holds

Set the places on a session once and booking stops by itself when it is full.

Email reminders

Confirmations and reminders go out automatically, so fewer bookings are forgotten.

Customers

Every customer, every address they own and every job you have done there, ready to rebook.

Estimates

Itemise the parts and the labour, offer options side by side, and let the customer sign it off online.

Team

Add your people with their own hours and their own work, so jobs only land on whoever can actually do them.

Payments

Send a payment request when the job is done, or take a deposit as they book. Card payments come with Pro.

Common questions.

Yes. Take a deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount at booking, which holds their place in the intake, and collect the rest closer to the start.

Send a payment request and they pay by card from the email, with the receipt following automatically. Card payments run on the Pro plan at a flat 3%.

You can. Each intake carries its number of places and sells down publicly, so the count you are looking at is the same one your students are.

That is your decision to make, and the numbers are in front of you early enough to make it. If you move the intake to another date, everyone booked is emailed automatically. If you decide not to run it at all, that conversation is one you have yourself.
