A single day holds every class, the coach running it and the places gone, so the 6am that is almost full and the quiet 11am are side by side.

Built for you

Built for every kind of functional fitness business

February, when everyone is indoors

The cold sends the whole roster inside at once, and the 6am fills to the rowers you own rather than the bay you rent. The count stays honest.

On-ramp before the first barbell

New athletes get a class of their own at a much smaller cap, because a coach can teach six people to hinge and cannot teach twenty of them at once.

Drop-ins in town for the week

A visiting athlete finds the hour, sees a place open and pays for it, and arrives already on the list rather than as a question at the front desk.

Lifting on the platforms

Six platforms is six lifters, whatever the conditioning class beside them is running. That hour carries its own number and closes right on it.

Rings and skills night

Kit runs out well before the floor does, so the gymnastics hour sells only the stations a coach can stand beside, spot properly and actually watch.

Partners who train together

Both places go on one booking and come off the same count, so a pair either gets into that hour together or looks at the next one together.

A hockey team’s off-season

The team wants your floor for eight Sunday mornings. Price the block as an estimate, let them accept it online, then hold the hours with a booking.

The 6am with a sick coach

Open the class, read the names and contacts booked into it, then move the hour or cancel it and email precisely the athletes it affects.

The rig sets the number, not the bay.

Ten rowers is ten athletes. Put that number on the class and it holds right through February, when nobody is training outdoors.

Visiting athletes pay for the place when they book it, so nothing is settled in cash at the door. A group wanting their own on-ramp block gets an itemised quote instead.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for functional fitness businesses

Ten rowers is ten athletes in February

The day lists each class, its coach, the places still open and what has been paid, so you know the bay before the first truck pulls in.

  • Already counted at fivePlaces leave availability as bookings land, so nobody is at the rig at ten to the hour counting rowers against the athletes who are already warming up.
  • An hour without a coach never opensWorking hours and class assignments settle what can be booked, so a swapped shift never leaves an hour selling places nobody is scheduled to run.
  • The Tuesday group is placedWeekly and monthly standing bookings appear in the schedule ahead, so the eight athletes who never miss a Tuesday are not entered by hand each week.

The 6am fills to the rig, then stops

The places left are the real ones. Once the rowers and racks are claimed the class comes off sale rather than taking one more hopeful booking.

  • The count everyone can seeWhat the page shows is what the bay holds, both places a pair took on one booking included, so nobody is offered room that disappeared an hour earlier.
  • Nobody sharing a rowerA full class stays full. That stop protects the rig, the room to move a barbell safely, and a coach who can correct a lift instead of counting heads.
  • The quiet hours keep sellingA thin late-morning class sits beside a packed evening one, so an athlete whose day is flexible can pick the hour with real coaching attention in it.

The fee lands with the booking

With Pro the class fee is taken by card as the place is claimed. On the free plan cash and bank transfer are recorded by hand on that booking.

  • Settled as the place is claimedThe card is taken while the athlete is booking, so the class list arrives showing who has paid rather than a name and a promise to sort it out on the day.
  • Cash at the desk still countsMoney handed over on the way in is recorded against the booking on the free plan, so the record matches the drawer without anyone rebuilding the morning.
  • Team blocks get an estimateItemise coaching hours and floor time for a team’s off-season block, send the estimate for them to accept, then keep the agreed figure with the booking.

One app for every booking

Everything you need to run your functional fitness business.

Online booking

An athlete books an hour on your public page and takes a place off the count. When the rig is fully claimed the class comes off sale by itself.

Scheduling

The day carries every class, the coach on it and the places already gone, so a full 6am and an empty late morning can be read at the same time.

Capacity that holds

Set each class to the rowers and racks it truly uses. Confirmed places count down from that number, and booking shuts when there are none left.

Email reminders

Switch on the confirmation and the reminder so everyone booked has the hour and the kit they need, with no list for you to work through at night.

Customers

Classes, payments and past sessions gather on each athlete’s own record, so somebody who trained here last winter is recognised, not typed in again.

Estimates

A private team block is priced as an estimate covering coaching hours and floor time, and the customer accepts it online before you hold the hours.

Team

Every coach carries real hours and the classes they run, so an hour only opens for booking when both the coach and the rig are genuinely free.

Payments

Cash and bank transfer are recorded by hand on the free plan. With Pro the class fee goes on a card the moment the place is claimed.

Common questions.

Yes. The number of places belongs to the class, so an hour built around six platforms sells six while a bodyweight class the same evening sells twenty. Booking stops at the last place.

They book the class from your public page like a regular and pay for the place as they do. It comes off the same count, so the list your coach sees is right in advance.

Set a weekly or monthly standing booking on the free plan. It ends never, on a date, or after a chosen number of sessions, and the places are held in the schedule ahead.

It does. The place returns to the count and the public number rises again, so the next athlete looking at that hour is seeing space that genuinely exists.

Publish on-ramp as a separate class with a smaller cap and its own price. Only what you publish can be booked, so nobody arrives in a session they are not ready for.

Card payment as the athlete books comes with Pro. On the free plan you record cash and bank transfer by hand, and the paid status stays with the place either way.
