You can now connect your workspace to an AI assistant and ask it about your business in its own words. What is on tomorrow, who has not paid, book Mrs Patel in for Thursday. The part worth reading is not that it connects, it is what you get to decide about it.
- Your own door, per business. Each workspace has its own address to connect to. Nothing is pooled and nothing is shared between businesses you run.
- You say what it may reach. Connecting puts up a consent screen: which workspaces the assistant is allowed into, and whether it may only look or also make changes. One connection can cover several workspaces, each at its own setting.
- See what came in, and who let it in. The connections page lists every assistant attached to the business, the person who approved it, and what it has actually done since. Not what it could do, what it did.
- Cut it off in one tap. Revoking a connection takes effect straight away.
- It works with what you already use. Claude and ChatGPT both connect, as does anything else speaking the same protocol.
An assistant only ever sees the part of the business you handed it, and you can watch what it does with it.
