Opening a booking used to mean leaving the list you found it in, and getting back meant finding your place all over again. Do that thirty times a morning and it is a real tax on the day. Records now open in a panel beside the list, and the list stays exactly where it was.
- One panel, every record. Bookings, customers, proposals and estimates all open the same way, from wherever you were looking at them. Four screens that used to behave differently now behave identically.
- Move a job on by tapping it. A booking's stage advances the moment you click it. No dialog in the way, nothing to save afterwards.
- Reschedule without going anywhere. Pick a new day and time inside the panel the booking is already open in.
- The money finally reads straight. Every booking now says what has been settled, what has been refunded and what is still owed, with refunds netted off properly. Before this you could be looking at a payment and a refund and neither number was the answer.
- Build a booking beside the calendar. Pick a slot on the board and a sheet opens next to it, drawing the booking onto the board as you build it, so you can see what you are about to commit to.
- Send someone to exactly what you are looking at. The open panel lives in the address bar. Refreshing keeps it, and the link takes somebody else to the same place.
