The first five minutes decide whether you ever come back, so we went through setup line by line and took out everything that made you stop and think.
- Your country is already chosen. We work it out from where you are rather than from a browser setting, so the phone format, the currency and the area names are right before you touch anything.
- Questions arrive when they matter. A field that only applies because of an earlier answer now grows into place instead of popping in, so the form reads as one thought rather than a list of traps.
- Where you work is one step. The area step was rebuilt around the way people actually answer it, whether you travel to customers, work from one address, or both.
- Setup no longer asks for a timetable. Adding a class used to want its first date and how often it repeats, and then quietly built a run out of your answers. Setup creates the class and stops. Dates are added on the class itself, where you can see them and change them.
- The cursor starts where you need it. On the steps that are a single address, the field is already focused.
