What's owed

Money lists everything customers owe you, oldest first. Open Money from the side menu (on a phone, it's under More) and choose Due. Overdue amounts are marked Overdue. Choose Pay on a row to take the payment there and then.

Money, Due: a list of customers with the booking, the amount and a Pay button on each row

What shows as due

Each row is one amount on a booking or job: a deposit, the price, the rest after a deposit, or a fee for a late cancellation or a no-show. It shows the customer, the reference, what it's for and the day it's due.

When each amount is due comes from the service: on the day, a deposit when booked, in full before, or after by invoice. Set this on each service under When payment is due.

Complete lists the payments you've logged, newest first.

Follow up an amount

Choose a row to open it. You see what it's for, the payment terms, the due date, the booking and the customer.

  • Remind sends the customer a reminder, with how to pay.
  • Give more time moves the due date. Pick the New due date, add a reason, and choose Move the date.
  • Invoice shows the invoice for it, if there is one. Send emails it to the customer.

Waive a fee

For a late cancellation or no-show fee you don't want to charge, open it and choose Waive. Add a reason, like "A regular, and the first time". The fee stays on the booking, struck through, with your name and reason. Waiving needs permission to waive fees.

See what one customer owes

Open the customer's record and choose Money. You see what they owe, what's overdue, and the payments you've logged. The customer list also shows amounts on each row, like £33 overdue.

On Today

Today shows Owed to you: what's due by today and not yet paid. Choose it to open the list.
