Many businesses already have a page on Bookables, made from public details. If yours does, open it and choose Claim profile under Your business?. Sign in, confirm, and it's yours. There are no codes to wait for and no approval.

Search for your business on Bookables, or open the link you were sent.
Choose Claim profile
It's under Your business? on the page.
Sign in or create an account
Continue with email or Google. With email, you get a code to type in. No password.
Confirm it's yours
Choosing Claim confirms You're authorised to edit this page and You'll keep its details accurate. Choose Not mine if it isn't.
Start editing
You see It's yours, then the first things to do: update your page, add blocks and share it. Choose Continue to open your listing.
Claiming makes a new business in your account, with you as its owner, on the Free plan.
Your page keeps what it showed before, like your address, phone and hours. Make it yours:
- Add your services and prices, so customers can book.
- Add photos and a few blocks, like How it works or Questions.
- Check your opening hours and contact details.
- Share your link on your socials and website.
The page says it's already claimed. You can:
- Ask the owner to add you. They can add you to their team from their settings.
- Report it, if you think someone claimed it who shouldn't have. We'll look into it.
Start a new business instead. You get a page of your own as part of setting up.
