Settings, Team, listing five people with badges like Takes bookings, Signs in and Doesn't sign in

Add someone

  1. Open Settings, then Team

    Choose Add someone.

  2. Add their name and role

The role is what they do, like Stylist or Gardener. Customers see it on your listing.

  3. Choose if they take bookings

With Takes bookings on, customers can book them.

  4. Invite them to sign in, if they need to

Switch on Invite them to sign in and add Their email. Pick What they can do. They get an email and join with a code. No password.

  5. Choose Add to team

They can take bookings straight away.

Someone who doesn't sign in

Not everyone needs the app. A junior who's booked by the front desk can take bookings without signing in. Their row says Doesn't sign in. You can invite them later with Invite to sign in on their page.

What the badges mean

  • Takes bookings: customers can book them.
  • Signs in: they use the app with their own login.
  • Invited: they've been sent an invite and haven't joined yet.
  • Needs 2-step: what they can do needs two-step verification, and they haven't set it up.

Change someone's details

Choose their name in Team. You can change their Name, Role and Skills, which are used to match them to services. Switch On your listing off to hide them from your listing's team. Choose Save.

Remove someone

  1. Open their page in Team

Choose Remove with their name, at the bottom.

  2. Give their future bookings to someone else

Pick who takes each one under Give to, or Decide later.

  3. Choose Remove from team

They stop signing in at once, on every device. Their name stays on everything they did.
