Activity is the record of everything that happened in your business and who did it: bookings made and moved, payments logged, messages sent, team and settings changes. Open Settings and choose Activity.
Each line says what happened, like Booking moved or Payment recorded, then who did it, how and when. Lines are grouped by day, newest first.
How it was done can be:
- In the app or Phone app: someone on your team.
- From the marketplace or From your own link: a customer booking online.
- Through an integration.
- By an AI assistant: an assistant acting for the person who connected it.
Things Bookables does by itself, like confirming a booking or issuing an invoice, show Bookables or your business's name.
Pick a person
Everyone, or one person on your team.
Pick a kind
Everything, Bookings, Money, Messages, Team or Settings.
Pick when
Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Any time.
The count shows how many events match. Choose Clear filters to start again.
Under Messages, each line shows whether a message was Sent, Failed or Not sent, and how: Email, In app or Phone notification. Use it to check whether a customer got their reminder.
People with permission to see the business's activity. The owner can always see it. You choose it for others in Settings, under Team.
If you let Bookables support see your business, every record they open shows in Activity.
