Nobody at Bookables can open your records unless you let them. When you need help, switch on support access in Settings, under Data and security. It lasts 7 days, and every record support opens shows in Activity.

Open Settings, then Data and security
Find Support access.
Switch on Let Bookables support see your business for 7 days
The switch shows Open now, and the line under it says when access ends.
Tell support what's wrong
They can now look at the problem with you.
Support can see your settings, bookings, customers and conversations, and change settings for you. Every record they open shows in Activity, so you can see exactly what they looked at.
Switch it off at any time. Access ends at once. Otherwise it ends by itself after 7 days.
Past support access lists each time it was on: who turned it on, from when and to when.
Giving support access is usually the owner's. You can let someone else do it in Settings, under Team, with Give Bookables support access.
- No passwords. Your team signs in with a code sent by email, or with Google.
- Two-step verification is required for anyone who can see money or export data. The team list shows Needs 2-step until they set it up.
- Remove people who leave. Removing someone from your team stops them signing in at once, on every device.
- Give people only what they need. Start from Staff and add permissions as needed.
