Bookables has two plans. Free has every feature and 200 bookings a month, with no card needed. Pro is coming soon: unlimited bookings, and you pay only when you get booked, £1 a booking in the UK. No monthly fee and no lock-in.

- 200 bookings every month, free.
- Every feature: your listing, online booking, quotes, repeat bookings, classes, hire, reminders, invoices and customer records.
- Unlimited team members, at no extra cost.
- No card to sign up.
Pro isn't open yet. Until it is, every business is on Free.
- Unlimited bookings.
- Everything in Free.
- Pay per booking, only when you get booked. No monthly fee.
The price per booking depends on your country, in your currency:
- United Kingdom: £1 a booking.
- Australia: A$2 a booking.
- United States: US$1 a booking.
- Ireland: €1 a booking.
Other countries can have their own price. Pick your country on the pricing page to see yours. Prices include tax.
Your bookings add up as a balance. When the balance reaches your billing limit, your card is charged, and the balance starts again. Anything left at the end of your billing month is charged then.
A confirmed booking, however it was made: from your listing, your own link, the marketplace or your team. That includes each visit of a repeat booking and an accepted quote. For classes, a session that runs counts once, however many people are in it.
On Free, cancelled bookings don't count, and the count starts again on the 1st of each month.
When you reach 200 bookings in a month on Free, new bookings wait for the 1st of next month. Bookings you already have stay as they are.
Customers who try to book see "This business can't take more online bookings this month." Your plan page shows how many you've used, like "160 of 200 free bookings used this month".
Every charge falls on the business. Customers book for free.
