Free and Pro have the same features. The difference is how many bookings you take. Free covers 200 bookings each calendar month at no cost. Pro, coming soon, has no limit, and you'll pay a small fee only when you get booked: £1 per booking in the UK. Neither plan has a monthly fee or a contract.
Everything below is on Free, and will be on Pro:
- Your profile on the Bookables marketplace, and your own link to share.
- Unlimited services, enquiries and quotes.
- Online booking, a calendar that stops double-booking, and repeat bookings.
- Classes with waitlists, hire, and service areas with travel charges.
- Routes for your day, and unlimited team members. Nobody is charged as a seat.
- Deposits, invoices, no-show fees and what's owed.
- Customer records, households and chats with your customers and team.
Customers don't pay a fee to book you.
Free counts the confirmed bookings made in each calendar month, however they were made: your listing, your own link, the marketplace or your team. Cancelled bookings don't count. For classes, a session that runs counts once, however many people are in it.
At 200, new bookings wait for the 1st of next month. Bookings you already have carry on as normal.

Bookings this month shows how many of your 200 you've used.
Pro isn't open yet. Until it is, every business is on Free. When it opens, moving up keeps your bookings, customers and settings exactly as they are.
Pro's fee per booking is set for each country, in its own currency. The pricing page on bookables.ai shows the price for yours: pick your country at the top. Prices include tax.
