Bookables takes bookings for your business, keeps your schedule and tracks what you're owed. Customers find you on the Bookables marketplace or through your own link, and book a real time. This guide shows where everything is and what to do first.
The menu runs down the left on a computer and along the bottom on a phone. Each icon opens one area:
- Today shows what needs you now, today's bookings and your Messages.
- Schedule is your calendar. Businesses that travel also get Route and Team route, classes get Classes, and hire gets Hire.
- Bookings lists every booking, with Enquiries, Jobs and Series in the same menu.
- Customers holds everyone you've worked for.
- Money has payments, what's owed and invoices.
- Listing is your page on Bookables, the one customers see.
- Settings sits at the bottom, with your hours, services, team and plan.
You only see the areas you can use. If someone on your team can't see money, the Money icon isn't there for them.
Set up your business
Answer four short questions: your name, what you offer, how you charge and where you work.
Check your services
Open Settings, then Services, and add anything else you sell.
Share your link
Copy your link from Today or your listing and put it on your website and socials.
Take your first booking
When a customer books, it shows on Today and in Schedule.
