A booking reaches you in one of two ways: a customer books from your link or the marketplace, or you make it yourself with New booking. Either way it lands on Today and in Schedule, and the customer gets an email with the details.

What happens next depends on how the service is booked:
- Instant book: the booking is confirmed straight away. It shows on Today and in Schedule, and you get an email.
- Request to book: it shows under Needs you on Today as "asked for a time". Choose Accept or Decline. It holds nothing until you accept, and it expires if you don't answer in time.
- Quote first: the customer sends an enquiry. You reply and write a quote under Bookings, then Enquiries.
Use this for phone calls, walk-ins and regulars.
Choose New booking
It's at the top of Today, Schedule and Bookings.
Pick the customer
Under Who's it for?, pick from Recent or search. For someone new, choose New customer and add their name, phone or email.
Pick what they're booking
Choose the service under What are they booking?, then Continue.
Pick a day and time
Free times are listed for the day, with Next free if the day is full. To book someone in particular, choose them under With.
Book it
Add a note for the team if you like, then choose Book.
The booking is confirmed straight away, whatever the service's booking setting. The summary shows the total and when payment is due.
Times that clash are marked, like Taken, Off hours or Out of area. If you're allowed to book over a clash, Bookables tells you what it double-books before you confirm. Otherwise pick another time from Free near then.
