Today is the first screen you see. On the left, Needs you lists everything waiting on you. On the right, Today shows what's booked today, with a line about tomorrow underneath. Clear the rows under Needs you and your day is in order.
Each row says what happened and has the button to deal with it. Choose the row itself to open the booking, enquiry or chat.
- Asked for a time: a customer requested a booking. Choose Accept, or open it to decline. It shows when to answer by; after that it can't be accepted.
- New enquiry: a customer asked about a service without picking a time. Open it to reply or write a quote.
- Booking is still open: a booking's time has passed but it wasn't marked done. Open it and finish it, or mark a no-show.
- Isn't back: a hire is past its return time.
- Clashes: a booking now clashes with time off or a closure. Bookables suggests a fix, like another team member at the same time. Choose Accept fix, or open it to pick another time. Nothing is cancelled while you decide.
- Regular isn't held: a date in a repeat booking couldn't be kept, with the reason.
- Overdue: a payment is past its due date. Choose Remind to email the customer with your bank details and the reference.
- A customer waiting on a reply: their name and their latest message. Choose it to open the chat.
- Regulars are due: customers past their usual gap with nothing booked.
- Owes: a customer owes an amount, like a no-show fee.
- Notification failed: an email to a customer didn't go. Choose Resend.
When everything is done, it reads Nothing needs you right now.
The Today column lists each booking in time order, with the customer and service. Choose one to open it. Underneath, a line tells you how many bookings you have tomorrow, or that you're closed.
If you go to customers, this column is Today's route. If you hire things out, it's Handovers: what goes out and comes back today.
The number on the Today icon counts conversations waiting for your reply. Open Messages from the Today menu, or choose All messages above Needs you.
