Make a booking regular

Where a business offers it, Make it regular? appears after you pick a time.

  1. Pick the first time

Choose the day and time you want to keep.

  2. Choose how often

Pick Just this once, Every week, Every 2 weeks or Every 4 weeks. A regular slot has no end date.

  3. Check the dates

Bookables checks every date at once. If some can't be booked, choose Accept the gaps or Change the pattern.

  4. Book

Check and book as usual. The terms apply to each date.

Open the booking in Bookings to see Every date. Dates ahead are Held for you. To stop, choose End the series. To skip a few weeks, open More and choose Pause: the dates you skip are freed for others, and your usual time is still yours after the pause.

Book a class

  1. Pick a time

Each session shows its time, who leads it and how many spaces are left. Pick one or more.

  2. Say who's coming

If you're asked Who's coming?, choose yourself, someone in your household, or add guest places.

  3. Check and book

Check the sessions and what's due, then choose Book.

A session marked Full · waitlist has no places left. You can join its waitlist instead.

Book a course

A course is a set of sessions you book together, for one price. On the Pick a course step, choose the run you want. If a course has started, it says so and points you to the next one. Some courses let you join part way, priced for the sessions left.
