When a class is full, pick it anyway and choose Join the waitlist. If a place frees up, you're booked into it automatically, at the full price, and we email you. Nothing is due unless you get a place.

The last step is Join the waitlist. It reminds you that you're not booked yet, and shows the terms that apply if you get a place.
Choose Join the waitlist
You see You're on the waitlist.
A full session is a waitlist entry of its own, so join it separately from any sessions that still have space.
The first person in line is booked into it automatically. You get an email saying a place came up and you're booked in. From then it's a normal booking: it shows in Bookings, the business's terms apply, and anything due shows on it.
Because it happens on its own, only join a waitlist for a session you can make. If your plans change, leave the waitlist.
Open Bookings. Your waitlists show under Waitlists, each with the class, the date and your place in line, such as 2nd in line.
To leave, choose Leave on the waitlist row, then confirm. You see You've left the waitlist, and nothing is owed.
