You pay the business directly, not Bookables. Each booking shows What's due and when. Pay by bank transfer with the reference shown, or in person if the business takes cash or card. Bookables doesn't charge you to book.

Payments in your account lists everything due, grouped by business, with Overdue or Due today next to anything that needs paying now. The amounts that are late also show at the top of Bookings, under Needs you.
Open a booking to see its own What's due. It can include:
- Deposit: part of the price, due before the day.
- Balance or Balance, on the day: the rest.
- On the day: the whole price, paid when you arrive.
- Invoice: billed after the visit, due by a date.
You see the same amounts at the Check step before you book, so you know what's coming.

Find Pay by bank transfer
Under What's due you see the business's Account name, Sort code, Account number and a Reference.
Send the payment from your bank
Use the reference exactly, so the business can match your payment.
The business records the payment when it arrives, and the amount leaves your list. It can take a little while to show, because a person at the business checks it.
If you pay at the visit by cash or on the business's own card machine, they record it there and then.
Some hire bookings ask for a Security amount, paid at handover and returned after the check. The booking shows how much and when.
