Your receipts and invoices are in Payments, under Receipts and invoices, and on each booking under Documents. A refund comes from the business, not from Bookables: they log it under the terms you agreed, and they send it themselves.

Open Payments
From your account. Scroll to Receipts and invoices, newest first.
Open one
Each shows the business, the date, the booking reference and the amount.
Download it
Choose Download at the top to print it or save it as a PDF.
You can also open any booking and find its documents under Documents.
A receipt arrives when the business records a payment. An invoice arrives when they bill you. We email you both as well.
Issued documents aren't edited. If an invoice is wrong, the business voids it and issues a corrected one with a new number. If you've already paid too much, the fix is a refund.
Cancelling doesn't refund you by itself. When you cancel, the screen shows what's owed under your terms. If money is due back to you, it shows as Due back to you, and the business logs the refund when they send it.
Check the terms
On the booking, Terms you agreed says what you get back and when.
Message the business
Choose Message on the booking to ask about a refund. Keep it on the booking so everything is in one place.
Report a problem if you disagree
Choose Report a problem, then I don't agree with a charge. It goes to the business as a message on the booking.
Bookables doesn't hold your money and doesn't decide who's right in a disagreement. The business logs any refund it sends you.
