Bookables tells you about your bookings by email: when a booking is confirmed, before it starts, when something changes, and when money is due. Each email comes from the business by name and links back to your booking or chat.
You get an email when something needs you, something changed, or something is about to happen. For example:
- Your booking is confirmed, with what, when and where.
- Your request was sent, and later whether the business accepted it.
- A reminder before it starts, at times the business chooses.
- A deposit or payment is due, with the amount, the date, the business's bank details and the reference.
- A new invoice or receipt.
- Your booking is called off, or your class has moved.
- A waitlist place came up and you're booked in.
- A business sent a quote.
- A new message, when you haven't read it after a few minutes.
After a visit, some businesses also offer to book the same again.
Every email about a booking says what it is, when and where, and links to move or cancel it, where you can. That part can't be removed by the business. So if your plans change, open the email and follow the link, or open the booking from Bookings.
The emails go to the address you sign in with. Your account in Bookables has the same details: Bookings for what's coming up, Payments for what's due, and Messages for every chat.
