Built for you

Built for every kind of aerial & pole fitness business

Beginner course blocks

An eight week introduction where week five assumes week four, published as eight dates so a student sees the whole commitment before they pay for the first one.

Levelled drop-in classes

Intermediate pole and advanced silks each published on their own, so a student books the level they train at and nobody is inverting next to someone learning a fireman spin.

Conditioning and flexibility

A floor-based strength or flexibility class that does not touch the rig at all, which means it can carry twice the places of an apparatus night.

Private and semi-private coaching

A one or two place session for a student working a routine or a competition piece, bookable and paid without a conversation about when you are free.

Apparatus nights and floor nights side by side

A conditioning class at fourteen and a silks class at six sit on the same day with their own numbers, because only one of them is limited by what is bolted to the ceiling.

Instant booking

The level they train at, and nothing above it

A student books the intermediate class you published for them. There is no advanced night available to buy on a whim, so the progression stays yours to set.

A beginner block and privates quoted for a hen weekend.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for aerial & pole fitness businesses

Capacity that is bolted into the ceiling

You set the places on an apparatus class to the number of points you can safely rig, and the class refuses the next booking once they are gone. The count is visible on your page, so a student watching a Wednesday go from three places to one knows to move rather than turning up hopeful.

A graded progression the booking page respects

Levels are separate classes with their own names, prices and caps. A student can only book what you have published for them, so the path from beginner to advanced is something you control rather than something a payment gateway decides.

Silks, hoop and pole are three different classes

Each apparatus carries its own number and its own price, because four hoops and six poles are not the same room even when they are. Students see exactly which apparatus they are booking, which ends the conversation that starts with "I thought this was pole".

Floor nights can carry twice the people

A conditioning or flexibility class does not touch a rigging point, so it is published with a much larger cap and often a lower price. Same studio, same night, completely different economics, and the booking page treats them as the separate things they are.

Common questions.

Set the places on that class to the number of points you can rig. The count falls as bookings arrive and the class stops selling at zero, so you are never rigging a seventh silk you do not have a hook for.

Publish each level as its own class. Students book from what you have made available to them, so the advanced night is not something anyone can buy their way into on a whim.

Yes, and it is worth doing even when they share a night. Each apparatus gets its own places and price, which keeps the caps honest and makes it obvious to a student what they have booked.

Publish the eight dates as eight sessions with the same number of places on each. Nothing repeats on its own, so the week you are away at a showcase is simply not there.
