Yes. Set the places once for each class and Bookables stops selling the moment they are gone. The class shows sold out publicly, so there is no arguing at the door.
They can. One booking can cover several places, all counted against your cap, so training partners lock in side by side without three separate checkouts.
Their place goes back on the class and the next person who opens your page can take it. Bookables does not ring around for you, so if you want a particular fighter in that spot you put them in yourself.
Take the session fee or a deposit when the place is booked and Bookables emails a reminder 24 hours out. Anyone who skips has still covered their spot.
Rebooking takes a couple of taps from their end, and you can add your regulars to a class from your side whenever you like.
