Built for you

Built for every kind of drama & acting class business

Junior and teen streams

Each age stream is its own class with its own places, so the Tuesday juniors filling up does not close the Thursday teens.

Holiday intensives

A four-day intensive is four dated sessions with the same group of places, published as a block families can see and book in one visit.

Audition and exam coaching

Short coaching sessions with one or two places sit on the same page as the group classes, for the students working towards a specific audition.

Showcase terms

The performance week runs as its own dated sessions, so the tech run and the showcase night carry their own numbers rather than hiding inside a regular class.

Schedule

The term, week by week

Every date you have published sits on one timeline with the places sold against it, so the Thursday juniors that filled in a night and the Saturday teens that are still three short are both plain to see with time to act.

A parent books at nine at night

Share your booking link and a parent takes the last two places in the junior class from the couch, pays for both children at the per-place price, and both names are on the roll before you have read the message.

Get paid

Paid before the scripts go out

The class fee is charged as the place is taken, so the ensemble is paid for before you allocate parts. For a school residency you send an itemised quote instead and settle it once the showcase is done.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for drama & acting class businesses

Term dates you set, week by week

There is no repeat rule quietly generating your calendar. You publish the ten dates for the term, each with its own time and its own places, and they stay exactly as you set them. A week you are away simply does not exist, so nobody books a class that was never going to run.

The ensemble decides the cap

Set the number of places to what the room can rehearse rather than what the invoice would like. As students book, the count drops on the page, and when the last place goes the class stops taking bookings. You never open a script to eighteen names and a scene written for nine.

Paid when the place is taken

The class fee is charged at the moment of booking, so a place that is held is a place that is paid for. A parent booking two children onto the same class pays for both in the one transaction, priced per place, and you stop running an envelope of cash back to the car park.

Who is in the room on Thursday

Every booking sits against its session with the student name and the parent contact attached, so the list for Thursday is already built. Marking who turned up runs off the same record, which is how you spot the student who has quietly stopped coming before the showcase.

Common questions.

You publish the ten dates, each as its own class session with its own start time and place count. Students book the sessions they are taking. Nothing repeats behind your back, so a week you skip is a week that never appears.

Yes. Each stream is set up separately with its own places, so a full junior class and a half-empty teen class both show their real state on the page.

The places count down as bookings land, and the session closes itself when the last one goes. A full class cannot take another booking, so you are never cast beyond the room.

Yes. They choose the number of places on the booking and are charged the per-place fee for each, and both children land on the class list against that session.
