Bookables.

Sell the whole term.

Aug 5, 2026Classes

A course is a scheduled run of a class, sold once. Enrol someone in an eight week term and every session is booked in a single step.

Most classes are not sold one night at a time. Term one of beginners pottery is eight Tuesdays, paid for up front, and everybody who buys it buys all eight. Bookables now has a level for exactly that.

  • A course sits between the class and its sessions. Give it a start, an end and a size, and Bookables expands it into the individual sessions underneath.
  • Enrol once, or not at all. Putting someone into a term either books every session in it or books none of them. There is no half enrolled student sitting in week three of an eight week course.
  • It will not oversell a room. An enrolment that would not fit in every session is refused up front rather than discovered on the night.
  • Customers can buy a term themselves. Your booking page sells the whole course, and a class you only run as a term stops offering single visits that were never really available.
  • The customer sees one commitment. Their bookings show the term as a single thing they signed up for, not six identical cards they have to work out for themselves.
  • One term costs one booking. An enrolment counts once against your monthly allowance, however many sessions it covers, on both the vendor side and the public one.

Courses have their own page, so you can see who is in a term, add someone, and check what is left before you take the money.
