No. Intruder Alarm (Installation and Maintenance) and CCTV (Installation and Maintenance) are separate contractor licences, and your licence, your audits and your standards stay with the Authority. Bookables sets which of your people can be sent to which work.
On the property, before anyone drills. The Data Protection Commission treats footage kept within the perimeter of a home as covered by the domestic exemption, and a camera capturing beyond it as making the householder a data controller. Notes and photographs of what was agreed file against the address.
