Tuesday and Friday, the same six dogs, filled in weeks ahead, so the route is not something you rebuild in your head on a Sunday night.
Learn moreCould Nero join your Tuesday group? He is nine months old and a bit much on the lead.
Someone asks to join Tuesday. It lands as a request in the thread for you to accept or decline, so no unknown dog joins a pack on your behalf.
A standing arrangement fills the weeks ahead and keeps topping the horizon up, so the round is something you look at rather than something you rebuild every Sunday night.
One record per door, with the phone number, what they have spent and the access notes kept internal, where the owner never sees them.
The dog is a named subject on the household, so its breed, its quirks and every walk it has been on sit in one place instead of in your head.
The solo walk is its own service with its own length and its own price, so a dog that cannot go in a group is never sold a group place.
The walks you actually sell
Four or five regulars walked together on set days, sold as its own service with its own length and filled in ahead as a standing arrangement.
A reactive dog, or one that has never learned to share a leash, gets its own service at its own price and never a spot in the pack.
A short paid intro walk before any dog joins the route, so the half hour where you decide whether it fits is booked and paid rather than free.
The lunchtime break for a condo dog home alone all day: short, repeated and steady, which is exactly what a standing route runs on.
A longer run for the dogs you trust off the leash, priced above the sidewalk walk because it takes the whole middle of the morning.
A shorter route on a salted sidewalk at minus twenty, sold as its own service so the cold months are priced and timed for what they are.
Twenty minutes on the leash several days a week, listed as its own short service so it stops quietly eating an hour of the route.
A pair behind one door and one fob, priced as its own service, so the second dog is charged for instead of walked as a courtesy.
Two weeks of additional walks while school is out, itemized on one quote, accepted online and turned straight into real bookings.
A dozen clients on fixed days is one standing arrangement, not forty separate bookings. Set it once and the walks are on the calendar for you.
Same days, weekly or monthly, ending never or after a set number of walks. Standing arrangements are free and fill the calendar ahead of you.
Two walks, three, or break extras on top, priced side by side with the one you would run marked recommended. Options come with Pro.
A family away for the week moves that walk only. Reschedule it and the rest of the arrangement re-anchors instead of being rebuilt by hand.
Which dogs walk together is your call, not a seat count. Pull one out of the pack and onto the solo lane, on any plan, before you head out.
Your whole morning on one timeline, so the route running late and the route with room left are one glance apart.
Drag a walk to a new time or a different walker. Edits batch up and go in together once the morning finally works.
A dog that cannot walk in company is a separate service at a separate price, so nothing offers it a pack spot by mistake.
School holidays double the round for two weeks. Itemise it once, send it as a link, and the moment the owner accepts it becomes real walks in the diary.
Offer the shapes of the fortnight as named options with the one you would run marked recommended. Options are the Pro part; the quote itself is not.
Each dog and each kind of walk gets its own line with a count and a rate, so nobody argues about the total two weeks later.
They accept by typing their name, and the accepted quote converts into the bookings, at the address, with the lines already on them.
Doors one block apart make a route. Doors twenty minutes apart make a day in the car. Claim the regions you walk and the rest never books.
You are ill, and a dozen doors still need opening. Whoever covers gets the hours, the regions and every access note already on the record.
Each walker carries the services they can run and the areas they cover, so nothing lands on somebody who has never met the dog.
A walker is only offered a round inside the regions they actually cover, which on this trade means the streets they already hold keys on.
Breed, temperament and the thing you must never do at the back gate are on the record, not in a message you sent someone in March.
Plenty of clients still leave cash out or send a transfer. Record that against the walk for free, and send a link when you would rather not ask twice.
Write down what actually came in, against the walk, on the Free plan. Cards are the only part of the money that needs Pro.
A payment request for the week lets the client pay with no account and no app, and the money lands in your own account.
The Payments list totals what came in and what is still out, so the household three weeks behind is right there in front of you.

It depends on the municipality. Toronto, for example, allows nobody to control more than three dogs in a park without a Commercial Dog Walker Permit, which covers four to six dogs, has to be displayed while you walk them and produced on request, and is suspended after repeat convictions. Other municipalities ask for nothing, so check yours.
Wherever a municipality sets a number, that number governs: in Toronto parks it is three without a permit and six with one. Bookables will not enforce it for you, but selling the pack walk as its own service with a fixed size makes it much easier to stay inside.
Yes, and that is the whole point. A standing arrangement holds the days, the dogs and the service, fills the calendar ahead of you and keeps topping it up, on the Free plan.
On the client record, as internal notes your client never sees, with each dog on the same record as a named subject carrying breed and temperament. Your backup walker gets all of it without calling you from the lobby.
No. There is no GPS, no live tracking and no photo sending anywhere in Bookables, and we would rather tell you now than let you discover it. It handles the route, the record and the money.
The Free plan runs with no card and no time limit on a monthly booking allowance, and every walk on a standing route counts as one booking. The plan cards on this page carry the numbers.
