A customer's household holds the pets, people, places and vehicles you work with: the dog you groom, the child in the class, the house you clean, the van you service. Open the customer's record and choose Household to see and add them.
Each entry is one of four kinds:
- Pet, with its breed and age.
- Person, like a child or a partner, with who they are.
- Place, like their home or work, with its address.
- Vehicle, with its make, model and registration.
The household belongs to the customer. You can use it while they're your customer. When you change shared details, the change is logged and the customer is told. If they have a Bookables login, they can add and change entries themselves.
Open the customer's record
From Customers, or from any booking.
Choose Household, then Add
Pick the kind: Place, Pet, Person or Vehicle.
Fill in the name and details
For a place, search for the address and say whether it's Home or Work.
Choose Add
If it looks like something already in the household, you're asked Is this the same one. Choose Yes to use it, or No, add new.
Under each entry, Notes marked Private are seen only by your business. They're never shown to the customer. Use them for the key safe code, parking, the dog that has to be shut away, or anything your team needs on the day.
Choose Edit notes on an entry to change them. A place starts with labels like Access, Key, Parking and Pets. Choose Add note for your own.
You decide which fields your team fills in for each kind of entry, like Allergies for a pet or Bedrooms for a place.

Open Settings, then Notes
Pick a tab: Pets, People, Places or Vehicles.
Choose Add field
Give it a Name and a Type: Text, Number, Date, Yes/no or Pick one. For Pick one, list the choices, like "Small, Medium, Large".
Choose Save
The field shows on every entry of that kind.
