No. There is no locksmith licence here and no register to be on, which is why what you can show a customer matters more than usual. The trade route is an apprenticeship to the New Zealand Certificate in Locksmithing (Trade) at Level 4, and your own record of work is the rest of it.
They can, and most will ring anyway. Keep the page for the planned work and set an emergency entry as request-only: it lands as a thread with the address on it, which you accept or decline while you are still pulling your boots on.
