It goes back to the class straight away, so the number you buy wax and vessels against is the real one rather than a booking nobody means to keep.
Write the cure time into the confirmation and the reminder. Both go out by email at the times you set, once you have switched them on.
The full fee can be paid by card on Pro. On Free, cash and a bank transfer are recorded by hand and the paid status stays on the place.
