Meter readings at every window, locker and seam, written up as a report the owner keeps for the warranty. Sold on its own, and it should be.
Brakes, bearings and running gear
Wheels off, drums cleaned, bearings repacked, the coupling checked. Half a day in a bay and quietly most of the workshop takings.
Roof and seam resealing
Old mastic out, new sealant in, before the ply behind it softens. Priced by the run and always a longer day than the owner expects.
Motor mover and towing electrics

Send an itemised quote from the workshop floor and the owner accepts it online by typing their name. The accepted quote becomes approved work with the parts authorised in writing, before you order anything.
