From the first "what would a pool cost?" through the shell pour to the day the barrier signs off, one record holds the whole build.
Online booking
The enquiry picks an hour off your real diary, and the address is matched to ground you can get an excavator onto before it is accepted.

Excavation, shell, plumbing, barrier and handover sit on one job, so when the pour slips a week you can see what else slips with it.
Learn morePool builders sell work they will start next season, and a page with nothing free on it reads as a business that stopped taking calls.
With no slots left the page takes a request instead of closing, and it arrives with the address and the photos already on it.
People will wait for the right builder. They would just like to hear how long the wait actually is.
A site visit is an hour, not a season, so the one thing that can happen this month is still bookable tonight.
We want a pool along the back fence but the side access is tight. Photos attached.
The same pool as a plain shell, as the shell with heating and a cover, or as the whole backyard with the paving and the barrier in.
Shell metres, coping and paving each go on as a line with a quantity and a rate, so the total moves when the size does.
The quote reference is fixed the moment it is issued, so your copy and the copy on their fridge are the same document.
Concrete and steel will not hold their price while a family decides. A dated quote lapses and gets re-priced rather than accepted in March.
Options on one estimate come with Pro, so the family argues over rungs on a single document instead of three. They accept one by typing their name and that exact scope becomes the build.
A pool quote goes out and then nothing happens for a month while a family talks to a brother-in-law. You can at least see which ones are being opened, and the one that comes back accepted turns itself into the build.
The quote stamps the moment they open it, so a follow-up call is aimed at somebody who was looking rather than at everybody.
They accept online with no account and no app, and the typed name, the time and the device are kept against the document.
The accepted rung converts into a booking carrying its own lines, so nobody re-types a contract worth more than a car.
A pool is an excavator, a truck of steel and a concrete pump in a back garden. Draw the ground you cover and anything past it asks first.
The build itself is next season, but the assessment is not. It sits on your page as its own bookable hour, at whatever it is worth to you, so the conversation starts while they are still interested.
What the shell was, what the interior was, who did the barrier and what got paid all stay on the property, so the resurface call does not start from memory.
Nothing about a pool happens out of order. The dig, the shell, the plumbing, the barrier and the handover each sit on the one job with their own dates, so you can answer where a build is up to without opening five things.
Built for pool work
The full build priced off shell metres, coping and paving, then run as stages so the family can see where their backyard has got to.
A shorter build with a crane day in the middle of it. Hold the dig, the crane and the plumbing as separate dates on the one job.
Access decides the price. The assessment captures the side gate and the fall, and the crane goes on the quote as its own line.
Pebble or render quoted by surface area, with the drain-down, the prep and the refill each sitting as a stage before handover.
A short renovation priced by the metre, booked into a week the pool can be down, with the refill date told to the owner up front.
The barrier carries its own date and its own sign-off on the build, so no pool is filled with the stage still sitting open.
Sold as options on the pool quote or on their own months later, each carrying its own price change instead of a second document.
The part the family actually walks on, priced by area and held until after the interior so nobody walks a wet finish.
Demolition, fill and compaction quoted as one job with the engineer’s date in the middle, and the site handed back with a record.
Rain, an inspection date, a plumber a week out. The chain moves together, and moving it is a drag rather than an evening of re-typing.
The address, the shell size and the notes stay attached to the build. Only the dates move.
Whoever was booked on those days sees the new ones, without a round of texts going out at six in the morning.
Moving work around the calendar was never the part anybody pays for.
Their garden has been a hole for two months and the only thing they want is a date. Every build keeps its own thread, filed on the job, so the answer is not somewhere in a phone.
The owner, the job and the messages are the same record, so whoever picks it up is reading the same history you are.
Team messages sit in the same list under their own filter, so the tiler asking about the waterline is not in the family thread.
Every status message ships switched off. You turn on the moments you actually want the owner to receive, and no others.
Nobody pays for a pool in one go. Pro splits a signed build into stages with their own due dates and their own links, once the job is real.
Most progress claims still arrive by bank transfer. Recording one and sending the receipt costs nothing on any plan.
For the owner who would rather tap for the last claim than go hunting for their account details on handover day.
The stages are set on the job after it exists, each with a date and its own link. Nothing is taken at an online checkout.

Yes, and it is set state by state. In NSW residential building work above the state threshold needs a contractor licence from NSW Fair Trading, and Queensland has its own Swimming Pool Construction licence class through the QBCC. Bookables holds the job record; it does not check or hold a licence for you.
Yes. They pick an hour from your live availability and the property address is matched against your coverage before the booking is accepted. If the block sits outside the ground you build on, it arrives as a request you answer rather than an assessment already in your week.
Options on an estimate are a Pro feature. The plain shell, the shell with heating and a cover, and the full backyard with paving sit as named options on one document with one of them recommended. The family accepts a single option by typing their name, and that scope becomes the build.
It holds the barrier as a stage of the build with its own dates and its own record, and nothing more than that. The barrier itself is regulated: it is built to AS 1926.1 in the edition that applies to when the pool was built, pools go on the state register, and in NSW a certificate of compliance is needed before a property with a pool is sold or leased. Bookables records who did what and when. It certifies nothing.
Nobody pays for a pool in one go. On Pro a signed build is split into stages with their own due dates and their own pay links, set on the job once it exists rather than at a checkout. Cash and bank transfer recorded by hand are free on any plan; cards are the part that comes with Pro.
They run the same rails. A resurface, a waterline re-tile or a heating upgrade is quoted with options, booked into a week the pool can be down, and stepped through the same way. Both kinds of work sit in one list, so a quiet month of renovation still fills the diary between builds.
