The clean prices itself off the window count

They count the windows, add the frames and sills if they want them, and the figure on screen is the one you would have quoted at the door.

Smart scheduling

A wet morning moves in one go

The round sits on a single day you can drag, so a washout is pushed to Thursday rather than telephoned around eleven houses.

Built for window cleaning

Every clean you are asked to price

Monthly and eight-weekly rounds

A house is set up once as a standing booking and returns every four or eight weeks on the Free plan, without being written into a book.

Inside and out cleans

The inside job takes a longer slot and its own price, so a morning with a ladder in someone’s sitting room is not booked as half an hour.

Frames, sills and PVC

The extras are ticked on at booking with their own price and their own minutes, so the day is not swallowed by work nobody costed.

Sunroom and conservatory roofs

Priced as its own service rather than counted as windows, because a roof is a morning on its own and not eight panes on a bay.

Winter grime and salt film

The houses that need doing more often sit on a shorter cycle, set once as a standing booking rather than remembered each spring.

Gutter clearing and soffits

Sold alongside the clean as an extra that moves the price and the slot length, so the ladder day is planned rather than discovered.

End of tenancy cleans

The one-off a letting agent needs before the keys go back, booked at a set price with the date it has to be finished by attached.

Builders cleans

Nobody prices a site sight unseen: a survey first, then a quote with the glass, the frames and the plaster splatter itemised.

Shopfronts and cafes

A street of shopfronts each on their own weekly standing booking, so the run rebuilds itself every week without a single reminder.

Apartment blocks and managing agents

An agent with a book of blocks sits on one customer record, every address and its history kept separate from the others.

Work at height beyond a pole

Anything a water-fed pole cannot reach is surveyed before it is priced, so the visit is its own booking and the quote follows it.

Push the washed-out morning to Thursday.

Pick up the cleans that did not happen and put them where they fit. Nothing commits until you let go, and it costs nothing to do.

  • Drag it anywhere, on any plan

Move a clean to another day or another cleaner and the week redraws around it. This is not the part you pay for.

  • The customer is told, if you want

Turn the reschedule notice on and the new day is emailed over. Off by default, since half a round does not need telling.

  • Nothing double-books

A slot that has gone is gone, on your page and in the diary, so two houses never land on the same hour.

A day on the schedule where one job is dragged from one time to a later one and snaps into place on the grid.

Round full? You still get the house.

With nothing left on your page for a fortnight, the customer asks to go on the round rather than ringing the next cleaner on the list.

  • It comes in as a request

The address and the days that suit them arrive in your inbox, in the same thread as everything else that customer has ever sent you.

  • One tap makes it a booking

Accepting puts the house on a day and emails the confirmation. Declining is a tap as well, and they hear back without you drafting anything.

  • Or fit it to a street you already do

You can always drop it in beside three houses you are cleaning that morning anyway. The request is a way in, not a rule about your week.

Twenty-two windows is a price, not a call-out.

Windows are a real pricing driver, so the total moves as they count them and the extras move it again. What they see on the page is the number you would have said at the door, which is why they book instead of ringing round.

The message that saves a wasted trip.

The dog is out, the scaffold is up, the manager has nine buildings. One thread each, filed by address.

Outside only, inside and out, or the lot.

Put all three on the one quote with your recommendation marked, and let them choose rather than being talked through it on the doorstep.

  • Signed on their phone, not at the door

They choose an option and sign while the winter grime is still the reason they rang, rather than leaving it until the summer.

  • Accepting books the work

The signed quote becomes a clean in the diary against that address, at the option they picked, with nothing re-typed.

  • It expires when you say

Put a use-by date on the price, so a shopfront costed for a weekly run cannot be held to that figure a year later.

  • Three options on one document is Pro

Each option itemised down to the frames, the sills and the sunroom roof, so the jump from an outside wash to the full job is a figure they can see.

A first clean on a big two-storey home, itemised and ready to send.

Or the extra house drops into the same street.

On Pro every open slot is scored on the driving it adds, so a booking taken mid-round goes in near the street you are already on.

  • The slot that adds the least driving

Live drive times rank your open slots, so the new house joins the morning you are already spending there rather than starting a second trip.

  • The right patch, the right hand

The address is matched to the area it falls in and to the cleaners set up for that work, so a sunroom roof never lands on a pole-only van.

  • Automatic routing is Pro

On Free you see exactly the same real availability and place the house into the week yourself.

A new job being assigned, with three open slots ranked by how much travel each one adds to the day. The slot that adds the least is marked best.

Paid before the poles are back on the roof.

Mark it off when the cash appears or the transfer clears, or take the card at the door and let the receipt see itself out.

  • Cash and bank transfer, free

Record what was left for you and when, against the job, on the Free plan. Most rounds are settled by transfer and never wanted a card reader.

  • Cards come with Pro

Charge in full as they book, tap the card at the door, or split a whole apartment block into a payment now and the balance at the end.

The customer is emailed one the moment payment clears, so the managing agent has their paperwork without you chasing it.

One app for the whole job

Everything you need to run your window cleaning business.

Online booking

Your own booking page, where the price follows the window count and the frames and sills are ticked on before you ever see the house.

Scheduling

Every clean on one day you can drag anywhere, from a quick shopfront to a day on a sunroom roof. Pro gives the extra house to the nearest van.

Bookings

Every clean you have on in one list, from the first quote through the monthly round to the frames you added on the day and got paid for.

Customers

Every house on the round with its gate code, its dog and its awkward back bedroom kept against the address rather than in your head.

Estimates

Outside only, inside and out, or the lot with frames and sills, side by side on one quote and signed on their phone. Options are Pro.

Inbox

Every message from a customer in one thread, the photo of the green sunroom roof included, plus the request they sent when your round was full.

Territories

The areas you will drive to, claimed off real boundaries and split between your cleaners, so one house two towns over never lands on your week.

Team

All your cleaners with their own hours, their own days off and their own work, so a ladder job only ever lands on someone who does that.

Payments

Record the cash or the transfer against the job for free, or take the card at the door on the day. Cards are the part that needs Pro.

Common questions.

From your own booking page. They say how many windows they have, add the frames and sills if they want them, and take a slot you are genuinely free for at the price that comes out.

It can. Windows are a real pricing driver, so the total re-prices as they count. A second storey, a sunroom roof and the frames and sills sit on top as options that each move the price before booking.

Yes, and on the Free plan. A house is set up once as a standing booking, weekly or monthly, ending never or on a date, with the visits made ahead. Moving one leaves the rest of the round where it was.

Drag the affected cleans onto a day that still works and the round redraws around them. The reschedule notice emails the houses their new day, if you have turned it on.

As a quote after a survey rather than a price on a page. The work-at-height rules the Health and Safety Authority enforces want the method settled first, so the survey is its own booking.

Record the cash or the transfer against the job on the Free plan, which is how most rounds are settled. Card payments come with Pro and are paid out to your own Stripe account.
