An enquiry is a customer asking about work before any time is booked: "Can you do an end of tenancy clean next week?". Reply in its chat, send a quote with the price and the days, and when the customer accepts, it becomes a booking. Find them under Bookings, then Enquiries.

Customers send one from your listing, by asking about a service set to Quote first, or by asking a question without picking a time. New ones show under Needs you on Today.
The Enquiries list is split into Open, Quoted, Won, Lost and Expired, with a count on each.
Open the enquiry
You see What they asked, the days they'd like and the service it's about.
Reply if you need to
Ask questions under Messages on the enquiry. The customer gets your reply in their chat with you.
Choose Write a quote
The quote opens with the service filled in.
Set the days and the price
Pick the day it's done on, with From and To times, and Add a day for work over several days. Add the price lines with Add a line. The Option total adds them up.
Send it
Set Open until, the last day they can accept. Add a message if you like, then choose Send quote.
Each day you pick is checked as you go, so you can only quote days you can still do. To offer a choice, like a basic and a deep clean, choose Add an option. The customer picks one.
The customer accepts in one tap. The days are booked at the quoted price, the enquiry is marked Won, and the booking shows on Today and in Schedule. A quote over several days becomes a job with one price.
If a day was taken after you sent the quote, accepting fails and the customer is told you'll send new dates. Send a new version with different days.
If nobody accepts by the Open until date, the quote expires and the enquiry shows as Expired.
- New booking books the customer straight away, if you've agreed a time already.
- Mark won if you've agreed it some other way.
- Mark lost, with a reason, if it's not going ahead. You can reopen a lost enquiry later.
