Service areas are where you go to customers. You build each one from postcode districts on a map, then choose who works there, what's offered and any travel charge. A customer whose address falls inside one of your areas can book; anyone outside can't. Open Settings, then Service areas.

Choose Add area
In Settings, then Service areas, choose Add area and give it a name, like "North Leeds".
Pick the districts
Under Add everything within, set a distance from your base and choose Add these. Or click districts on the map, search with Find an area, or paste a list of postcodes with Paste a list.
Choose who and what
Under Who works here, tick the people offered for bookings in this area. Under Vans and kit, tick what can be sent. Under What's offered here, tick the services customers in this area can see.
Set a travel charge
Under Travel charge, choose No travel charge, One charge for the area, Per mile from your base or By distance zones. Customers see it before they book.
Save
Choose Save at the top.
Each district can only be in one of your areas, so areas never overlap. Adding one that's already in another area moves it, and you can choose Undo.
- Furthest you travel: the most driving time from your base. Addresses further away can't book.
- Price rules: an amount added to every booking in the area, like city-centre parking.
- Different hours here: hours shown to customers in this area. They don't change when people can book.
- Colour: how the area shows on the map.
Open the area, choose the More button at the top, then Remove area. Customers there won't be able to book visits.
