A class is a service people book a place in, like a spin class or a pottery workshop. You add the class as a service, then put it on the Timetable: the days, the time, the room, who teaches it and how many places. Sessions are made from the timetable for as long as it runs, and customers book a place in one.

Add the class as a service
In Settings, then Services, choose Add service and pick a class type, like "Fitness class". Set its price per person and length under Price and time.
Choose what it needs
Under What it needs, add who can teach it and the room, like "Coaches" and "Studio".
Add it to the timetable
In Settings, choose Timetable, then Add to timetable.
In Add to timetable, fill in:
- Class: which class it is.
- Days and Starts at: like Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 07:00.
- Room and Taught by.
- Places: how many can book.
- Runs with at least: the minimum. Below it, the session is called off and everyone is told.
- First date and Last date: leave the last date empty to run with no end date.
Choose Add to timetable. Each entry then shows its Next sessions, with how many are booked and how many more it needs.
To change an entry, choose Edit on it. Changes apply to sessions nobody has booked yet.
When a session is full, customers can join its waitlist. If a place frees, the next person is booked in automatically, at the full price, and emailed. There's nothing to turn on.
A course is a set of sessions sold together, like a 6-week beginners course. Customers book the whole course in one go, with one price, and get a place in every session. Someone joining after it has started joins from the next session.
Courses can't be set up from Settings yet. Choose Message us at the bottom of any help page if you need one.
