Wherever you decide, and your page only offers what you have published. Gas is a Registered Gas Installer job whatever else is on the list, so it simply is not there to book.
Yes. One customer record holds any number of addresses, each with its own notes and job history, so the agent sending you five apartments is one record rather than five.
