Yes. Hire bookings are made against a specific unit with a pick-up and drop-off window, and only units free for that whole span are offered.
You can record a security deposit against the unit and update it when the item comes back. Automated card holds are not available in Ireland yet.
Yes, where you offer it. The customer chooses collection or delivery, and the fee is worked out from their address.
