Owners book the groom the dog actually needs, each groomer keeps their own table and their own breeds, and every dog carries its coat history and its temperament note between visits.

They pick the breed, the coat and the size, the table time that groom really takes is held, and the drop-off lands in the diary while you are drying.

Every dog sits on one board through the wash, the kennel wait and the finish, so two dogs are never put on the one table at once.

Bath, blow-dry, clip and a tidy face. The service carries the two hours it really takes, so the table is held for the lot, not an optimistic hour.
The short one that keeps a shih tzu honest for a fortnight. Priced and timed as its own service so it fits a gap a full groom never would.
A heading dog blowing its coat is a bath, a force dry and a long brush out. Its own length, its own price and its own spot on the board.
One person in the salon does it, so only that person is offered when an owner books it. The wrong groomer never ends up holding the wrong coat.
The one nobody prices over the phone. It arrives as a request with the owner times, you look at the coat, and you reply with the groom it actually is.
A short, gentle introduction that is mostly handling. Short service, calm groomer, and a note on the dog about how it went for next time.
Fifteen minutes that pays for itself once the diary lets you sell it. A small service an owner can book into the gap between two full grooms.
A different animal, a different table and a different amount of time. Its own service, offered only by the groomers who take cats at all.
The regular that keeps the lights on. Set the cycle once and the grooms are in the diary ahead of you instead of rebooked at the counter.
A salon is a staff diary before it is anything else. Every groomer on one timeline, with the gap between two dogs somewhere you can actually see it.
The nervous one goes to a particular person and the hand-strip to another. Give each groomer their own services and the diary offers nobody else.
The owner picks the groom, sees what it costs and takes a drop-off time you genuinely have free. No call between dogs, no guessing at the length.
He is badly matted behind the ears. Can someone look before you book him in?
Nobody prices a matted schnauzer over the phone. It lands as a request with the owner times, you take a look, and you reply with the real groom.
One record per household, each dog its own pet with its coat notes and the vaccination note you wrote when you saw the paperwork. A note, not a check.
Plenty of dogs need a decision made before the clippers start, so put the three grooms in front of the owner and let them choose one.
A matted doodle is two hours and the same dog in good nick is one. Price the groom off the coat in front of you and put both of them in writing.
Wash and tidy, full groom, or the lot with a de-shed and a nail clip, each priced, with the one you would do marked recommended. Options come with Pro.
The owner opens the link, picks a groom and types their name. It converts to a booking carrying the right length, so the table held matches the work.
The money lands when the dog goes home. Write the cash and the transfers down for nothing and let the card do the rest.
Note what the owner handed over against the groom on the Free plan. Cards are the only part of the money that asks for Pro.
Send a payment request against the groom and it settles with no account and no app. The money goes into your own account, not ours.
The Payments list totals what has come in and what has not, so the owner who has said next time three visits running is visible.
Clip length, how long it really took and how the dog was about it. Set the cycle once and the six-week regular is in the diary ahead of you.
A dog books a table for two hours and spends half of it in a kennel. Drag the finish later when a coat fights back and the board keeps up.

As you grow with us you can go Pro.
Yes. Each groom is its own service with the length it genuinely takes, and the owner picks the one that suits the dog. A full groom on a labradoodle holds two hours; a wash and tidy on a shih tzu holds forty minutes.
You can. Each groomer holds the services they are allowed to take, so a hand-strip or a snappy huntaway is only offered to whoever handles it. Nobody else shows up as an option for that groom.
No. Vaccination is a normal condition of entry and you can write what you saw as a note on the dog, but Bookables does not check a certificate and never warns you when one lapses. The note reminds you to ask.
No-show is a real status rather than a note nobody finds again, so a two-hour table you could not resell is countable. The groom stays on the owner record with the reason it ended that way.
Yes. A standing arrangement puts the same dog with the same groomer on the same cycle and keeps generating ahead of you, on the Free plan. Shift one groom and the rest of the pattern re-anchors.
They ship switched off, so nothing goes out until you turn it on. Once you do, the owner gets a drop-off reminder before the groom, which is the one that saves an empty table.
