Owners book the groom the dog genuinely needs, each groomer keeps their own table and their own breeds, and every dog carries its coat history and its temperament note from one visit to the next.

They choose the breed, the coat and the size, the table time that groom really wants is held, and the drop-off appears in the diary while you are drying.

Every dog sits on one board through the bath, the kennel wait and the finish, so two dogs cannot end up on the same table at once.

Bath, blow-dry, clip and a tidy face. The service carries the two hours it genuinely wants, so the table is held for all of it, not a hopeful hour.
The short one that keeps a bichon respectable for a fortnight. Priced and timed as its own service so it fits a gap a full groom never could.
A husky in moult is a bath, a force dry and a long brush out. Its own length, its own price and its own place on the board.
One person in the salon strips a border terrier properly, so only that person is offered when an owner books it. The coat never meets the wrong hands.
The one nobody prices down the phone. It arrives as a request with the owner times, you look at the coat, and you reply with the groom it really is.
A short, gentle introduction that is mostly handling. Short service, calm groomer, and a note on the dog about how it went for next time.
Fifteen minutes that pays for itself once the diary can sell it. A small service an owner books into the gap between two full grooms.
A different animal, a different table and a different amount of time. Its own service, offered only by the groomers who take cats at all.
The regular that keeps the lights on. Set the cycle once and the grooms sit in the diary ahead of you rather than being rebooked at the desk.
A salon is a staff diary before it is anything else. Every groomer on one timeline, with the gap between two dogs somewhere you can actually see it.
The nervous one goes to a particular person and the hand-strip to another. Give each groomer their own services and the diary offers nobody else.
The owner picks the groom, sees what it costs and takes a drop-off time you genuinely have free. No call between dogs, no guessing at the length.
He is badly matted behind the ears. Can someone look before you book him in?
Nobody prices a matted cockapoo down the phone. It lands as a request with the owner times, you take a look, and you reply with the real groom.
One record per household, each dog its own pet with its coat notes and the vaccination note you wrote when you saw the paperwork. A note, not a check.
A fair few dogs want a decision before the clippers start, so the three grooms go in front of the owner and the owner picks one of them.
A matted doodle is two hours and the same dog kept on top of is one. Price the groom off the coat in front of you and put both of them in writing.
Bath and tidy, full groom, or the works with a de-shed and a nail trim, each priced, with the one you would do marked recommended. Options come with Pro.
The owner opens the link, chooses a groom and types their name. It converts to a booking carrying the right length, so the table held matches the work.
The money arrives when the dog goes home. Record the cash and the transfers for nothing and leave the card to do the rest.
Note what the owner handed over against the groom on the Free plan. Cards are the only part of the money that wants Pro at all.
Send a payment request against the groom and it settles with no account and no app. The money lands in your own account rather than ours.
The Payments list totals what has come in and what has not, so the owner who has said next time three visits running rather sees themselves out.
Clip length, how long it really took and how the dog was about it. Set the cycle once and the six-week regular is in the diary ahead of you.
A dog books a table for two hours and spends half of that in a kennel. Drag the finish later when a coat argues back and the board keeps up.

As you grow with us you can go Pro.
They can. Each groom is its own service with the length it honestly takes, and the owner picks the one that suits their dog. A full groom on a cockapoo holds two hours; a bath and tidy on a bichon holds forty minutes.
Yes. Every groomer holds the services they are allowed to take, so a hand-strip or a difficult springer is only offered to whoever handles it. Nobody else appears as an option for that groom at all.
It does not. Vaccination is an ordinary condition of entry and you can record what you saw as a note on the dog, but Bookables neither checks the card nor tells you when one has lapsed. The note only reminds you to ask.
Grooming is not among the licensable animal activities, though boarding and day care are, so a salon that adds day care is licensable for that half. Bookables does not hold a licence for you and does not pretend to.
No-show is a proper status rather than a note nobody reads again, so the two-hour table you could not resell is countable. The groom stays on the owner record with the reason it ended that way.
Yes. A standing arrangement puts the same dog with the same groomer on the same cycle and keeps generating ahead of you, on the Free plan. Move one groom and the pattern re-anchors around it.
