The mains side does, and the work is closed out with a Certificate of Compliance under the AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules. A plug-in transformer running 12V fittings is extra-low voltage and is often a homeowner job. Both halves book and quote the same way here.
Yes. Tiered options put the deck-only scheme and the full garden scheme on the same document, so the customer compares them and chooses at the point of accepting. Options are the Pro part.
Weekly hours are set per person, with single-day and date-range overrides for the weeks that do not follow the pattern. Nothing outside those hours is offered to anyone.
The property keeps its own record: your notes, your photographs and the jobs themselves, so a corroded fitting on a coastal section is replaced from the file rather than from memory.
They open the link, read the tiers and accept by typing their full name, which is stored with the time. The accepted estimate turns into a booked install with the lines already on it.
