Most rounds drop to monthly and some pools come off entirely. Change the pattern or end the series and nothing keeps generating, so you are not staring at a diary full of visits nobody wants.
On the visit. Notes and photos post to the record feed for that booking and that pool, so the last dose and the last cell reading are there before you lift the lid. They stay internal.

No. Residential barriers are inspected at least every three years under the Building (Pools) Amendment Act 2016, by the council or an Independently Qualified Pool Inspector. Bookables books and records the service visit, nothing more.
