Smart scheduling

A week of woodwork, held as one job

Work that runs all week sits on the timeline as a single block, so nothing is sold into the days you are still cutting in.

Nothing here is priced from a photo.

Every repaint starts with somebody standing in the room, so the only thing your page sells outright is the visit: its own price, its own length, and the address and the room count attached before the ladders come off the rack.

You can see whose price was opened.

Sent, opened, signed, on one list with the date beside each. So Friday's follow-up goes to the customer who read it twice on Tuesday, rather than to the eight who never opened it at all.

Built for your trade

Built for every kind of painting and decorating

Surveys and quoting visits

The survey is its own service at its own price and length, so it takes a real gap in the week rather than an evening on the phone.

Hall, stairs and landing

The job nobody prices over the phone: a survey first, then options that separate the filling and the caulking from the coats.

Woodwork, skirting and doors

Glossing priced as its own line beside the emulsion, so a customer can see what the fiddly half of the job actually costs.

Wallpapering and lining paper

Lining and hanging priced apart from stripping what is already up, because the paper the last owner chose is what runs a day over.

Exterior masonry and render

A week of diary held as one job, quoted with the washing down, the repairs and the two coats itemised so the prep is not a surprise.

Older houses with lead paint

Testing before anything is burned off or sanded, written on the quote as its own line rather than raised on the morning.

Kitchen and cabinet spraying

Spraying booked as its own service with the masking-up time included, and only offered to the decorators who actually spray.

End-of-tenancy redecoration

A same-week repaint the letting agent books off your page, kept on that property so the next tenancy starts from the last shade.

Communal halls and stairwells

Evening and weekend work booked around the residents, quoted with the coats and the making good listed line by line.

Managing agent and block work

An agent with a book of properties sits on one customer record, every block and its history kept separate from the others.

Freshen it up, do it properly, or strip it back.

Put all three on one quote with your recommendation marked, and let them decide how much preparation they are paying for.

  • Three levels of prep, one document, with Pro

Each option itemised down to the washing down, the filling, the caulking and the number of coats, so the step up from a freshen-up to a strip-back is a number they can see.

  • Signed on their phone, not on a clipboard

They choose a level of prep and sign while the survey is still fresh, rather than ringing a fortnight later to ask what the middle one covered.

  • Accepting books the work

The signed quote becomes a job in the diary against that address, at the option they picked and for as long as you said it would take.

  • It expires when you say

Put a use-by date on the price, so materials costed in spring cannot be held to that number once the trade counter has moved.

A whole-house repaint quote, itemised room by room and ready to send.

Booked out? You still get the job.

With no dates left on your page, the customer asks for one rather than ringing the next decorator on the list.

  • It comes in as a request

The rooms they want done and the weeks that suit them arrive in your inbox, in the same thread as everything else that customer has ever sent.

  • One tap makes it a booking

Accepting puts it in the diary and emails the confirmation. Declining is a tap as well, and they hear back without you drafting anything.

  • Or hold it for the summer

You can always drop it into a week you know is coming. The request is a way in, not a rule about your calendar.

Only the areas you will load the van for.

Draw the areas you cover on a map, split them between your decorators, and work you would turn down never reaches your week.

  • Real areas, not a radius

Claim areas off actual boundary lines, or take everything within a distance of a point in one go. An address is matched to the area it genuinely falls inside.

  • A patch each, and the right hand on it

Hold as many named areas as you work, each with its own colour and its own decorators, and a job is only offered to someone who covers that patch.

  • Or decline it there entirely

Keep the single rooms near home and let the full exteriors run wider, by leaving a service out of the areas you would not load the van for.

The address remembers the colour.

The shade, the sheen and the product that went on those walls, kept against the property rather than in your head — and against each property separately, so a manager with a book of buildings is one customer and not nine. When they ring three years later about matching the hallway, you are reading it back rather than guessing at it.

Weather takes the outside work. Move the week.

Pick the job up and put it where the forecast allows. Nothing commits until you let go, and it costs nothing to do.

  • Drag it anywhere, on any plan

Move a job to another day or another decorator and the week redraws around it. This is not the part you pay for.

  • The customer is told, if you want

Turn the reschedule notice on and the new date is emailed over. Off by default, since not every move is worth a message.

  • Nothing double-books

A day that has gone is gone, on your page and in the diary, so a survey never lands in the middle of glossing the woodwork.

Paid before the dust sheets come up.

Mark it off when the transfer clears, or take the card on the last day and let the receipt see itself out.

  • Cash and bank transfer, free

Record what you were paid and when, against the job, on the Free plan. Most of this trade is paid by transfer and never wanted a card reader.

  • Cards come with Pro

Charge in full, tap the card on site, or split a whole-house redecoration into money at the start and the balance at handover.

  • The receipt sends itself

The customer is emailed one the moment payment clears, so the letting agent has their paperwork without you chasing it.

  • Into your own account

Paid out to your own Stripe account rather than held anywhere by us.

One app for the whole job

Everything you need to run your painting business.

Estimates

Freshen up, do it properly or strip it back, as good, better and best on one quote with your pick marked and signed on their phone. Options are Pro.

Online booking

Your own booking page, where a survey takes your next real gap and the rooms they want doing arrive well before your ladders do.

Scheduling

Every job on one week you can drag anywhere, from a two hour ceiling patch to five days of hall, stairs and landing. Pro puts the survey nearest.

Bookings

Every job you have on in one list, from the survey through the three-option redecoration quote to the day the last coat is signed off.

Customers

Every customer and every property an agent looks after, with the shade, the finish and the tin you used kept against that address, not in your head.

Inbox

Every message from a customer in one thread, the photo of the blown render included, plus the request they sent when your diary was full.

Territories

The areas you will load the van for, drawn off real boundaries and split between your decorators, so work you would turn down never lands on you.

Team

All your decorators with their own hours, their own days off and their own work, so the spraying and the exteriors land on the right hands.

Payments

Record the cash or the transfer against the job for free, or take the card and split a full redecoration across start and handover. Cards are Pro.

Common questions.

Yes. The survey is its own service on your booking page at its own price and length, and they take a slot you are genuinely free for, with the address already attached.

Yes. Itemise the washing down, the filling, the caulking and the coats, then set the freshen-up beside the full strip and repaint on one quote with your pick marked.

As its own priced line, not as a caveat you mention on the day. Lead paint was sold until 1992, so testing before anything is burned off or sanded is ordinary on older woodwork and belongs in writing.

Give the service its true length. Five days of hall, stairs and landing holds five days of the diary rather than a Monday morning, so nothing else is sold over it.

Yes. One customer record holds any number of addresses with their own notes and history, so the shade you used in flat 4 is recorded against flat 4.

Record cash or a bank transfer against the job on the Free plan, which is how most decorating is still settled. Card payments come with Pro, paid out to your own Stripe account.
