Customers

A customer record in Bookables is not just a name and a phone number. It is the whole relationship: every booking, every proposal, every payment, and everything you know about the place or the animal or the machine you look after for them.

That matters more than it sounds. The second visit is where the money is, and the second visit goes well when you can see what happened on the first.
