Two things sit under this heading, and they are closer than they look.

The Inbox is where conversations live: with customers, with your team, and with the app itself.

Notifications are the messages Bookables sends on your behalf when something happens. Most of them land in the customer's email and in the same thread you would talk to them in, so a reminder and a reply are part of one conversation rather than two disconnected systems.
